The word Reiki means universal life force energy. We are all part of this life force or light, and within each of us is the ability to heal ourselves, each other and the earth.

A Reiki attunement simply awakens you to the beautiful light energy that is all around you and reminds you who you are. The Reiki process taps into the life force energy and channels it into healing through a gentle laying of hands. It does not drain you of energy. On the contrary it is healing to the giver as well as the receiver. Those who wish to be healed do not need to believe in the power of Reiki, they just have to relax and enjoy the experience.

The hamlet of Solano, nestled in the Malaga mountains, is a very tranquil plac. We believe it is the perfect place for Reiki attunement or for healing over a number of days. During your Reiki week you will be immersed in many aspects of raising your vibration in this beautiful place in nature. There will also be plenty of discussion, optional excursions to Granada and Malaga, and free time to swim, go to the beach, or just relax.

Reiki 1 - First degree attunement

Reiki 1 is the first and perhaps the most important step of the wonderful life-changing journey of Reiki. When you receive your first degree attunement, the Reiki energy will flow through you from source and out through your hands.

Once this pathway has been opened, you will be able to channel this beautiful healing energy at will for the rest of your life. Reiki can be used to heal yourself, your family and friends, and even your pets. You can also use Reiki energy to purify water and food.

Reiki principals
Guided meditations
The Chakras
The hand positions
Self healing
Healing others
Attunement
The cleansing period

At the end of the course, all students will receive a 1st Degree Reiki Certificate and a handbook.

Reiki 2 - Second degree attunement

The second degree Reiki course will provide you with a deeper understanding of the Reiki energy. You will be taught the sacred Usui Sanskrit symbols, their significance, mantras and uses. These symbols were placed into your aura during your First Degree Attunements, but you will now learn how to use their power consiously.

The symbols will allow you to perform distance healing and to work on the different levels physical, emotional and spiritual. You will be taught more healing techniques, i.e. scanning, beaming and distance healing, with many oportunities to practice and perfect them. The distance symbol will enable you to send healing to people, countries and the planet itself.

The Reiki 2 Attunement will increase your vibrational rate and intuitive ability due to an increase in Reiki energy and a further opening of the palms, 3rd eye and crown chakras. After completing a course in Second Degree Reiki you will be able to practice Reiki profesionnaly.

On completion of the course, all students will receive a Second Degree Reiki certificate and a handbook.

Accommodation

Accommodation is based on two people sharing a double or twin room. Two of the rooms have en suite facilities and one has its own bathroom close by. There is shared use of a spacious lounge / kitchen / diner with TV, cooking facilities, microwave, washing machine and fridge / freezer. There is a patio with sun beds, a terraced garden, bar-b-q and pool. On Reiki courses some meals will be provided.

Supplement for sole occupancy	£75

Breakfast ingredients and a welcome pack will be provided. During Reiki weeks some meals will be cooked for you. If you have any particular dietary requirements, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.

All bed linen and towels are provided.

Car hire can be arranged; also collection from airport.
