... to Casa Mariana, our mountain retreat in the Malaga Mountains, a peaceful and healing place to relax and unwind from the stresses of life. It is close enough to Granada and Nerja for a day trip and there are no less than three national parks in the area.
Reiki healing and tarot readings are available during your visit and we also run Reiki Attunement courses in this most perfect of settings. Please see our Reiki page for further details.
Solano is a traditional Spanish hamlet, near the historic towns of Colmenar and Comares, only 40 minutes drive from Malaga Airport and 35 minutes to the beach. The nearest town is Colmenar (5 kilometres), which has supermarkets and shops, bars and restaurants (some English), places to dance at the weekend and daily buses to Malaga City.
The accommodation is self-contained and has 2 double/twin bedrooms with en-suite facilities and 1 twin bedroom with its own separate shower/toilet. There is a large air-conditioned, open plan, living/kitchen/dining area with glorious views of the mountains. Outside there is a 16ft x 10ft pool for your own private use, with a large patio area, a lower terrace under the shade of an ancient olive tree, a barbecue and yet more beautiful views.
